President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Henley is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the REIT. He joined Canadian Net in 2017 and played a key role in the REIT's growth, contributing to its expansion from 20 properties to over 100. With over six years of experience at the Trust, Mr. Henley's primary responsibilities have been identifying new opportunities, conducting due diligence, portfolio management, and overseeing daily operations. Prior to his current position, he served as the Trust's Chief Investment Officer from June 2021 to April 2023 and Chief Financial Officer from November 2017 to June 2021. Mr. Henley is a Calvin Potter Fellow of Concordia's John Molson School of Business, where he earned his bachelor's degree in finance.

Mr. Gazith joined Canadian Net REIT in 2020. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec. Mr. Gazith comes from a public accountancy background specializing in public and private issuers and has consulted on various complex accounting matters including going public transactions, acquisitions, new standard implementations and other complex transactions.
